Tagging & Tracking: High Power Tag Reader

High Power Tag Reader
Safety
The new PBE Axell high power tag readers detect nearby asset tags to increase reliability and system accuracy.
PBE Axell's new high power tag readers are capable of detecting nearby asset tags using redundant tracking technologies to increase reliability and system accuracy. These new readers have a variety of new technologies and software implementations to improve the overall system performance.
The PBE Model 1995 Tracking Boss Programmer allows users to individually configure the reader based on the application in VSA. The tag readers may be programmed to set up desired zones and affiliated warnings and alarms. Since the reader is a separate device that is still dependent on the enclosure in which it is installed, the board must be removed from the enclosure to be reprogrammed.
The new reader board is backwards compatible with a simple upgrade path for existing PBE tracking equipment. No system shutdown is required. Upgrading hardware is as simple as unplugging the existing tag reader card and connecting the PAS Reader Board in its place.
