The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, revising, and distribution of all QMS related documents. Such documents may include but are not limited to Quality Policy, Processes, Work Instructions, Forms and Records. Assists in supporting the site manager for Internal Audits, Calibration, Customer Complaints, Returned Goods Authorizations, and Service Requests. Maintains recording and tracking of internal controls for corrective and preventive actions, continuous improvement, and safety.

  • Drafts, modifies, and otherwise controls documented company processes, work instructions, and forms against obsolescence and misuse.
  • Tracks and maintains all documented criteria for training and competence as relates to job performance and execution.
  • Documents and records supplier, affiliate, and service nonconformances using specified management software; including reporting performance metrics/ratings.
  • Works with computers for data entry and retrieval of information from the Intranet.
  • Records inspection data such as type of defects and rework required.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with senior management, supervisors, and other personnel.
  • Calibration of in-house devices and interface with external service providers.

  • High school diploma or GED, A.S. college preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Experience working under ISO 9000, GMPs, GDPs, or other regulated environments.
  • + ISO 9001 Auditor experience.
  • ++ experience working as a trainer or educator.
