Responsible for reviewing bills of lading and associated documents against ordered items and quantities, verifying part configurations as needed including comparative review of drawing specifications and actual components or parts. Selecting, analyzing, and verifying ordered goods following acceptable quality levels. Required data entry and delivery of stock to designated locations.

  • Inspects parts for compliance with specifications using drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions.
  • Records inspection results, categorize type and frequency of defects, and communicate with supervisor/management.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with senior management, supervisors, and other personnel.
  • Properly identifies acceptable products to next process location as well as isolate nonconforming products against unintended use.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to read, write, communicate and perform simple math calculations.
  • Experience working under ISO 9000, GMPs, GDPs, or other regulated environments
